| 1. How do I
place my order? |
| Simply browse
through this site until you find
the flower
arrangements you wish to order.
Click on the 'Info/Order' button
below the item you wish to order.
On the next page choose the price
point and colours required where
applicable. |
| Read the 'Ordering
Information' and if you wish to
proceed click on 'Order Now.'
Next fill in the order details
form as required and click on
'Continue' to be taken to our
secure server to enter your credit
card details, name and address. |
| When you have
completed your payment details,
click once only on 'Submit' to
place your order. You will then
be taken to the confirmation page,
make a note of your order number
and if possible print this page.
Congratulations, you have placed
your order. |

| 2. What methods
of payment do you accept, can I order
from abroad? |
| We accept
payment by the following credit
cards:- Visa, MasterCard, American
Express, Diners Club, Delta, Switch, Solo and JCB. |
| You can place
your order from any country with
one of the above cards, we will
charge the quoted amount in Great
Britain Pounds. You card company
will then convert the amount using
the current exchange rate. |

latest I can place my order for guaranteed
delivery? |
| For guaranteed
same day delivery you must place
your order by Mid-Day, UK Time
on the requested date. |

| 4. What if I cannot
find any items I like? |
| This is where
Creations comes in. Choose 'Create
your own design' from the
menu on the left. Select which
design you prefer then choose
the colours and how much you want
to pay. |

| 5. Where do you
deliver to? |
|
| 6. When will my
flowers be delivered? |
| Your flowers
will be delivered on the requested
date during business hours, usually
between 9AM and 5PM. |

| 7. What happens
if the recipient is not in? |
| The delivery
driver will usually try the nearest
neighbours to see if they are
willing to look after the flowers.
If there are no neighbours available
he or she may try to find a sheltered,
secure spot such as a garage or
porch and leave them there. |
| If this also
fails he or she will usually return
the flowers to the shop. In all
of these cases a card will be
left telling the recipient where
the flowers are. |

| 8. How do I know
if the flowers have been delivered? |
| In more than
85% of cases the recipient will
contact the sender within an hour
of receipt to thank the sender.
However if you need to confirm
