What methods of payment do you accept, can I order from abroad?
We accept all major credit/debit cards and PayPal payments. You can place your order from any country with one of the above cards, we will charge the quoted amount in Great Britain Pounds. You card company will then convert the amount using the current exchange rate.
What’s the latest I can place my order for guaranteed delivery?
For guaranteed same day weekday delivery you must place your order by 12 PM, UK Time on the requested date, 11 AM for same day Saturday delivery.
Where do you deliver to?
We deliver to England, Scotland, Northern Ireland, Ireland, Wales and The Channel Islands.
When will my flowers be delivered?
Your flowers will be delivered on the requested date during business hours, usually between 9 am and 5 pm.
What happens if the recipient is not in?
The delivery driver will usually try the nearest neighbours to see if they are willing to look after the flowers. If there are no neighbours available he or she may try to find a sheltered, secure spot such as a garage or porch and leave them there.
If this also fails he or she will usually return the flowers to the shop. In all of these cases a card will be left telling the recipient where the flowers are.
How do I know if the flowers have been delivered?
In more than 85% of cases the recipient will contact the sender within an hour of receipt to thank the sender. However if you need to confirm delivery just fill in our query form and we’ll get back to you ASAP.
What do I do if I am not happy with the flowers received?
Is the ordering process secure?
Yes, to complete payment you can either pay by direct credit/debit card on our secure checkout, certified by Trustwave, or if you choose be transferred to PayPal’s PCI compliant payment servers. With either method we do not see, store nor have ongoing access to your payment details.
